  • Reporting into the Manager Transport or Manager Dispatch.
  • Creating schedules to manage the service delivery of catering by Drivers and Loaders and performance manage teams to ensure maximum efficiency.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:Interfaces with the Customers’ schedules and airport information in real time, optimizing the allocation of workloads to the Drivers / Loaders in accordance with these requirements, safely meeting on time performance Circulates the above requirements throughout the organization as required. Highlights to the management team issues relating to customer schedule adherence, airside health and safety incidents and or resource allocations. Monitors airside activities to ensure compliance to the customers’ flight schedules, local airport rules and national guidelines. Acts as a point of contact between Gate Gourmet airside operations and Airport / Customer Operations Teams. Compliance with the regulations (Security / Country / Safety / Company Rules and Procedures)Rate of pay $22.05/hrQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree preferredHigh School diploma requiredWork Experience:Experience of managing teams ideally in the airline industryPrevious experience of working in a role where strong attention to detail and accuracy was essential.2+ years general work experience in an office or warehouse facility1-year experience directing the work of others1-2 years shipping/receiving experience preferredJob Skills:Detail orientedProject management experienceStrong organizational skills, able to prioritize responsibilities and multi-taskStrong interpersonal skills, interact well with multiple departments as requiredAble to work with little supervisionLanguage / Communication Skills:Strong interpersonal skills, interact well with multiple departments as requiredAble to work with little supervisionExcellent reading, writing, and oral communication skills in EnglishChange AgentFluency in English is required. Must be to lift, pull, push, and move products, equipment, and supplies daily.
