- Own and optimize CRM architecture (HubSpot preferred)
- Design lifecycle stages, pipeline structure, and attribution logic
- Build automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle progression
- Ensure data cleanliness, integrity, and reporting accuracy
- Document scalable GTM systems and processes
- Implement automation across marketing and sales systems
- Connect tools via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make, or native integrations
- Build and maintain outbound infrastructure (domains, sending tools, tracking, sequencing)
- Manage enrichment tools and prospecting platforms
- Improve deliverability and technical performance of outbound systems
- Develop dashboards for pipeline, funnel performance, CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics
- Create attribution models to measure campaign impact
- Analyze GTM experiments and provide actionable insights
- Support forecasting and revenue planning
- Run and instrument outbound experiments (ICP testing, messaging, segmentation)
- Optimize acquisition funnels and conversion points
- Identify bottlenecks and design systematic improvements
- Continuously improve conversion rates across the revenue lifecycle
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
- Improve pipeline velocity and sales efficiency
- Support expansion and new market initiatives
- Provide structured reporting and strategic insights to the CEO
- 2-5+ years in RevOps, Growth Engineering, Sales Ops, or similar role
- Strong experience with HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce
- Understanding of B2B SaaS revenue funnels
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
- Flunet in English, both written and verbal, is essential
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- CRM configuration and workflow automation
- Data enrichment and segmentation
- Attribution modeling and funnel reporting
- SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling skills
- Experience with tools such as:
- HubSpot
- Apollo / ZoomInfo
- Clay
- Zapier / Make
- Outreach / Salesloft
- GA4 or similar analytics tools
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments
- Exposure to AI-driven automation tools
- Light scripting experience (Python or JavaScript)
- Experience optimizing email deliverability infrastructure
- CRM architecture is clean, scalable, and documented
- Automated lead routing and lifecycle workflows are operational
- Clear dashboards exist for funnel health and revenue metrics
- Initial GTM experiments are running consistently
- Measurable improvements in pipeline velocity and conversion rates
- Clear attribution visibility across channels
- Outbound and inbound infrastructure fully optimized
- Scalable growth systems supporting sustained revenue expansion
