- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals
- Provide strategic guidance to management on HR issues, workforce planning, and compliance with employment legislation
- Lead and mentor HR staff, providing direction and support to ensure team effectiveness
- Manage employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and training/development activities
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational change and continuous improvement
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in HR management or senior HR roles
- Fluent bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
