We are creating a pool of qualified candidates for future HR Manager contract opportunities with our clients.   • Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals
  • Provide strategic guidance to management on HR issues, workforce planning, and compliance with employment legislation
  • Lead and mentor HR staff, providing direction and support to ensure team effectiveness
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and training/development activities
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational change and continuous improvement
About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in HR management or senior HR roles
  • Fluent bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
