- Reviewing and entering new leases into JDE
- Administration of Space Management in JDE such as parking, lockers etc.
- Administration of leasing changes and lease terminations
- Administration of Rent, Storage, Bike Storage and Parking increases
- Administration of Residential Guest Suite bookings
- Development/preparation of residential leasing reports as required i.e. reconciliation of Space Management and Recurring Billings
- Preparation of Security Deposit refunds
- Other support as required for the Building Managers and Property Managers as it relates to residential leasing
- Administration of parking inventory
- Analysis and support for cash receipts, leasing changes etc.
- Other reporting and supported as required
- Preparation of bank deposits for cash receipts
- Recording of cash receipts in JDE
- Preparation of periodic accounts receivable reports for management
- Notification of outstanding accounts (including NSF’s) to Building management and Property Managers
- Process / run auto debit files to collect rents as required
- Maintenance of monthly rent and auto debit files and bank deposit files
- General support for the company’s finance and accounting and other Company activities as required from time to time
- Support for annual residential and commercial budgets
- Support for the administration and analysis of Company’s property tax assessments and property taxes payable
- Backup for Accounts Payable as required
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
