We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Procurement Contracts. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in either Markham, Ontario, Oakville, Ontario, Vancouver, BC or Calgary, Alberta.Reporting functionally to the Director Supply Chain and operationally to the Project Director, the Senior Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire contracts life cycle, from strategy development through execution and close out. Technical and Industry Experience:
- 15–20+ years’ experience in contracts and commercial management
- Significant experience with major mining projects (
- Comprehensive knowledge of:
- Unit rate and lump sum contracting in minin
- Tunnelling and underground contract structures
- Process plant construction contracts
- Strong understanding of:
- Canadian construction law and OH&S obligation
- Indigenous procurement frameworks
- Experience in:
- Remote, logistically complex projects
- Multi-contract execution environments (25+ packages)
- Advanced field systems, processes, and tools
- BA/BS degree in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent or relevant experience.
