Shipper/Receiver & Logistics Supervisor

- Perform timely and precise data entry tasks.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
- Monitor and follow up on order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with transportation providers for pick-ups and deliveries.
- Prepare all required transportation and shipping documentation.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for operational records.
- Conduct inventory checks and verify stock levels.
- Oversee and execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment using a manual inventory system.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.Professional Qualifications:- Diploma in Logistics (preferred).
- Solid knowledge of carriers and inventory accuracy KPIs in a distribution environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
