The Canalta Jurassic Hotel is now home to Drumheller's newest Conference Centre. This beautiful Cretaceous Conference Centre is the perfect venue for corporate or private events, and can accommodate groups from 10 to 170 people.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Set-up, relocate, install and tear down room and conference centre furnishingsRepair minor issues around hotelSet-up, flip and modify spaces for eventsAssist in installation of equipment throughout hotel and conference centreAssist guests with special requests and needsCheck rooms to ensure they are in orderQualifications: (experience needed and education)Previous experience with transferable skills an assetMust be friendly, authentic, caring, thoughtful, hardworking and guest-focused.Ability to work in team as well as independentlySalary: $18.25 / HourBenefits: Extended health, disability and life insurance after 3 monthsJob Type: Full-time permanent, minimum 32 hours per weekLanguage: At least intermediate English is required.Job Location: 1103 AB-9, Drumheller, AB T0J 0Y0
