Get to know us at and on , , , and .Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President -SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management)Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced SAP MM/WM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules to streamline procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes. The role involves working closely with business users, analyzing requirements, configuring the system, and providing post-implementation support.Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement SAP MM and WM modules according to business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes related to procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Design and develop functional specifications and enhancements to optimize supply chain and warehouse workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Production, and Logistics for integrated solutions.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and user training.
  • Support system testing, issue resolution, and system upgrades.
  • Prepare documentation including functional specs, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Assist in data migration and system integration activities.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with SAP best practices and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in SAP MM and WM implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics.
  • Experience with SAP configuration, master data management, and reporting.
  • Good knowledge of integration points between MM, WM, SD, PP, and FI modules.
  • Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and provide SAP solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • SAP certification in MM and/or WM is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in working with large-scale SAP projects.
  • Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and RFID.
  • Exposure to SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is a plus.
  • Experience in agile project methodologies.
  • The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
  • Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems
  • Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
