Campaign Marketing Specialist

- Develop and execute Dialogue's end-to-end paid marketing strategy.
- Plan, build and manage digital campaigns, optimizing keywords, bids, and conversions.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce creatives.
- Prepare, design and analyze reports and metrics to measure ongoing success analysis and inform future tactics.
- Implement A/B testing and other experiments that drive towards success.
- Utilize HubSpot and other digital marketing tools to create a 360-degree integrated marketing experience.
- Identify opportunities for operational excellence (process improvement, better collaboration, etc.
- 3+ years of digital or growth marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
- A bachelor, master's or bootcamp degree in digital or growth marketing.
- Experience managing and executing paid digital marketing campaigns including LinkedIn ads, Google ads, and more.
- Experience reporting and interpreting marketing campaign data and analytics
- Knowledge of marketing performance analysis tools including experience setting up conversion tracking and results analysis (ex. Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMRush, etc.)
- Experience in end to end B2B marketing (SaaS is ideal but not required)
- Understanding of or experience with website projects, including SEO.
- Understanding of or experience with marketing automation and growth processes
- Outstanding attention to detail and project management skills.
- A passion for always seeking to improve and learn new skills including staying on top of the latest trends in digital marketing and advertising
- A growth-through-experimentation mindset
- Experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing
- Experience with agile project management, and Asana
- Experience with CRM and HubSpot
- Experience in, or understanding of, the healthcare and/or employee benefits space
