- Design GCP org/folder/project hierarchies and enable platform services for multi‑tenant environments.
- Architect VPCs and network patterns (subnets, routing, firewall rules, Shared VPC, ingress/egress controls).
- Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules, manage remote state, and keep infrastructure‑as‑code clean and composable.
- Implement and operate GitOps/CI pipelines (PR‑driven workflows) with validation, safe apply, and rollback.
- Automate tenant and workspace provisioning at scale, including policy, networking, IAM, and baseline services.
- Implement and evolve Zero Trust patterns (Workload Identity Federation, short‑lived credentials, least‑privilege IAM, Secret Manager/KMS usage, signed images/artifacts).
- Provide observability and operability for the platform (logs, audit trails, metrics, alerts, incident playbooks).
- Partner with stakeholders to reduce cloud cost via tagging, rightsizing, budgets/quotas, and cost guardrails.
- Contribute to runbooks, standards, and SDLC integration so application teams can safely adopt the platform.
- Proven experience designing and delivering platform‑level cloud solutions at scale, preferably in a platform/SRE/infra role.
- Deep GCP architecture experience, including:
- Org/folder/project structure and policies
- VPC design (subnets, routing, firewalling, Shared VPC)
- IAM design for multi‑team or multi‑tenant environments
- Solid skills with Terraform (modules, state management, best practices) in production environments.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD or GitOps pipelines (e.g., Argo CD, Flux, Cloud Build, or similar) and PR‑driven workflows.
- Experience building provisioning automation and governance for multi‑tenant or multi‑team platforms.
- Practical exposure to cloud security and supply‑chain security in CI/CD (e.g., signed artifacts/images, secrets management, policy‑as‑code).
- Strong collaboration and mentoring skills — you are comfortable guiding teams, writing runbooks, and driving adoption of platform patterns
- Python and/or similar scripting language

The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.The salary range for this position is
- Ottawa: $129,500 - $ 170,100CAD
