- Manage and grow on-premise accounts in downtown Toronto and nearby areas.
- Drive sales and distribution through menu features, back bar placements, and activations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, owners, and staff.
- Monitor performance and share weekly updates on wins, gaps, and opportunities.
- Track trends and competitor activity; act quickly on opportunities.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and energy.
- Log all activities in CRM and report on KPIs.
- Execute and measure distribution, visibility, and promotions.
- Support inventory and order management for accounts.
- Create strategic customer plans for growth.
- Help train and mentor new Sales Representatives.
- Identify and target key on-premise accounts.
- Collaborate on promotions and events.
- 2+ years in Beverage Alcohol Industry, preferably in the on-premise channel.
- Strong knowledge of the Toronto nightlife and bar scene.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekend as needed for events and activations.
