- Work experience in working with hand tools, and precise measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, dial gage, micrometer, ultrasound thickness gage etc.
- Inspect in-process products for conformity to blueprints.
- Inspect finished product to Customer requirements.
- Must be able to read and interpret CMM reports.
- Maintain measuring equipment to equipment calibration standards.
- Perform Audits for compliance to ISO Procedures.
- Work with production to resolve nonconformance issues.
- Update and maintain Quality procedures and records.
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as apparent and/or assigned.
- 1 to 3 years experience in a quality inspection role
- Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Strong Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Metal fabrication experience
- Experience with ISO 9000 standards and procedures
- 1 to 3 year of experience with Statistical Process Control
