Be part of it by applying for a position with us today.Job DescriptionPosition SummaryReporting to the Manager, Client Solutions, the Team Leader will manage a team of Business Configuration Analysts focused on the accurate and timely configuration of business rules, benefits, and system parameters that directly impact client experience and enable efficient claims processing. This role oversees daily operations, ensuring data integrity, compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, while driving continuous process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.The Team Leader prioritizes work to meet evolving business demands while maintaining optimal turnaround times and monitoring key performance indicators such as productivity, quality, and client service outcomes. Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and the team, the position fosters collaboration, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.In addition to operational oversight, the Team Leader plays a critical role in coaching and mentoring team members, promoting professional growth, recognizing achievements, supporting career development and succession planning. 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role
Experience in group insurance or healthcare industry preferredOther Qualifications:Strong understanding of operational workflows, client onboarding methodology, eligibility and claims processes
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsComputer Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with MS Project is a plus
Experience with business intelligence tools (an asset)
