Direct programme delivery, ensuring strategies are implemented and aligned with the overall vision and objectives.
Establish effective environments across people, processes, technology, and information to enable successful outcomes.
Drive performance improvement by optimising resources, monitoring delivery, and embedding best practice methodologies.
Champion safety, quality, sustainability, governance, and risk management while maintaining compliance standards.
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.

You’ll Need To Have:

Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
Proven track record in successful programme delivery across property or infrastructure.
Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management expertise with leadership of diverse teams.
Knowledge of sustainability, carbon reduction, and programme governance practices.

Note: The estimated salary for this position is 170,000-230,000 USD.
