The Finance Business Partner works closely with finance and other corporate functions to deliver tailored business solutions, share insights, and foster a culture of transparency, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, the main responsibilities include:
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with management and provide financial support
  • Provide recommendations for short and long-term initiatives to support departmental and divisional business goals and objectives
  • Prepare financial cost-benefit analysis reports and analysis
  • Lead business planning, budgeting and quarterly forecasting for client groups and provide analysis and recommendations
  • Ensure internal controls are in place and in accordance with applicable policies and regulations
  • Other duties as required

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
  • CPA designation
  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including financial analysis and reporting
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience with non-profit accounting and analysis is an asset
  • Bilingualism is an asset
