Experience as an Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty AG Mechanic would be preferred (agriculture experience isn't required but would be a bonus).What makes the role exciting and what does it involve?

- Large agriculture equipment to lawn and garden equipment (the type of equipment can vary by region)
- Skid steer loaders, loaders, telehandlers and excavators

- Supervision of shop personnel, and assign technicians to the appropriate job duties
- Ensuring safety policies and procedures are being followed

- Work along side with the Service Manager and Advisor to monitor work orders for accuracy, efficiency and completion
- Ensure quality control, assist, and advise technicians and make recommendations for additional work that should be considered for the equipment
- Diagnostics, electrical work, general repairs, maintenance and pre-delivery inspections of equipment
- This position will be based in shop
- A Journeyperson Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty AG Mechanic would be required
- Experience with agriculture equipment would be a bonus (including experience growing up or working on a farm), but not required
- Someone with superior leadership and organizational skills
- Someone who is a problem solver, has great communication skills, and can assist in finding solutions to complex repair or diagnostic challenges
- Proficient with computers and electrical diagnostics
