You drive it.Position Summary:Bartenders at YYZ are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and executing the OTG steps of service to the highest standards. Pay rate $17.95 hourlyResponsibilities:Follow OTG steps of service, standard operating procedures.Greet guests pleasantlyWalk guests through the OTG ordering and payment systemHighlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions/allergiesPrepare drinks following OTG recipe’s and ensure they are delivered in a timely mannerFollow OTG cash handling and cash register policies and proceduresMaintain cleanliness within the restaurants dining and service stationsSupport with moving and installing kegs of beer, CO2 tanks, and soda gunCommunicate with Chefs and Managers to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely mannerAdhere to all safety and sanitation regulationsParticipate in training sessions and team meetings as requiredAssist team members as neededInform MOD on guest complaints/feedback/inquiriesMonitor and report intoxicated guests to MODInform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issuesPerform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership teamQualifications:1-2 years of Bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentMust be at least 18 years of ageFamiliarity w/preparing classic cocktails, knowledge of spiritsProficiency with food and beverage service, including beer, wine and cocktail pairingsMust be at least 18 years of ageFluent + fully conversational in EnglishBartenders must obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of employmentMust obtain ServSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hiredAble to lift 35 lbs. in weightMust be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouchMust be available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions--must be flexibleOTG Concessions Management, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace and employer.
