- Maintain a constant and direct communication with the Customer so that orders come in with all the complete and correct data and are processed quickly.
- Contact customer (if necessary) and document communications
- Ensure that return RMA is edited and processed promptly
- Take necessary actions to ensure special requirement implementation
- Document and communicate to customer any order modifications
- Interface with other departments to ensure smooth order flow
- Respond to customer inquiries concerning their order / delivery status
- Investigate and resolve order entry error messages
- Bilingualism is essential (French/English). English is necessary to communicate with clients outside of Quebec.
- Proficiency office software
- SAP and SFDC are assets
- Excellent skills for communication
- Capacity of fast adaptation to the various products and the process
