Set up workstations in accordance with established quality and safety standards
Perform a variety of assembly tasks, which may include: inserts, fasteners, gasket installation, reaming and bagging
Carry out packaging activities to customer and production specifications, including labeling, quantity verification, and skid configuration
Apply required documentation and traceability stamps accurately
Actively participate in waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain organized and efficient workspaces in alignment with 5S standards
Carry out additional responsibilities aligned with business needs

Working ConditionsIncumbent spends almost 100% of their time in a plant environment requiring varying degrees of considerable physical labour. Lifting, pulling, pushing heavy objects, standing and walking cover majority of work. Personal safety is affected by exposure to heat, dust, noise levels and the use of equipment such as sharp blades and presses. Moderate amount of sensory attention is required. Limited control of work pace and unexpected workflow brings moderate stresses to this position.
