- Content Strategy & Creation: Write and proofread compelling, high-quality content for real estate websites, blogs, and social media.
- Search Engine Marketing: Optimize content and recommend changes to website architecture, formatting, and linking to improve organic traffic and lead generation.
- Client Management: Independently manage multiple clients' digital marketing strategies and serve as a professional liaison via email and verbal communication.
- Leadership & Training: Oversee project teams and train colleagues on new SEO techniques.
- AI Innovation: Actively participate in REW's AI initiative by using AI tools to assess and develop content, as well as identifying opportunities for internal efficiencies.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Writing, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
- Writing Excellence: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven track record of published digital or print work.
- AI Fluency: A strong comfort level with AI technology and a genuine excitement for building and scaling AI-driven processes.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML, and social media marketing.
- Data & Analytics: Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and adjust thinking to meet changing job requirements.
