- Collaborates with product stakeholders (business & technical) to develop and maintain the Controlling and product costing roadmap, including but not limited to Treasury, Audit Compliance and Tax, and drive products and features from concept to launch.
- Business /functional understanding of end-to-end process design of functions in treasury functions, audit compliance and Taxation and ability to provide recommendations based on industry and leading best practices.
- Establish and execute a strong engagement plan with Global and regional stakeholders.
- Proactively Explores industry trends and advancements for treasury, to identify new and leading solutions that will significantly impact the achievement of the business objectives and move McCain ahead of the competition.
- Leverage AI to streamline Audit compliance and taxation components.
- Develop partnership relationships with SAP and other strategic vendors for products in portfolio and participate in RFP processes.
- Support implementation of enhancements to the current treasury, auditing and taxation applications working with 3rd party support team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and Finance to understand business requirements related to cash forecasting, hedging and front and back- office transactions in treasury and translate them into Digital solutions. Continuing to optimize Audit compliance and Taxation, that align with company’s strategic goals and industry best practices.
- Participating on the S/4 Hana Global project (The EDGE) to upgrade from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
- Manage a team of SAP functional engineers globally, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
- Collaborate with external partners to stay abreast of new SAP technologies and recommend and implement improvements to the SAP systems.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, including identifying and addressing any system-related issues.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and issues, and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
- Understand Treasury functions, Audit functions and Taxation, including but not limited to configuration to ensure accurate and efficient cost calculations for products and services.
- The S4HANA Product Owner Treasury, Audit Compliance and Tax has a deep knowledge of products, processes, and customers.
- Ability to easily context-switch for both strategic and tactical activities and adjust. communication depending on the audience (i.e. business or technical teams).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communication platforms to ensure success of projects.
- Excellent Analytical, problem solving, prioritization and collaboration skills.
- Strong Presentation & facilitations Skills.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Management: Ability to work with all levels within the organization including SLT.
- Be an excellent communicator and collaborator, engaging with multiple technical and business stakeholders and leaders.
- Organizationally savvy, with a good understanding of the enterprise's political climate and how to navigate, influence and persuade political waters.
- Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies.
- Rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
- Strong understanding of current Treasury functions inside and outside of S/4HANA, Audit compliance in and out of S/4HANA and Tax calculations inside SAP for global regions and their capabilities, knowledge of SAP emerging technologies would be an asset. SAP Certification.
- Full lifecycle FICO SAP implementation experience, including in-depth understanding of SAP Integration.
- Consumer goods industry experience
- Strong understanding of financial processes with emphasis on S/4HANA Treasury, compliance and Tax
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Computer Science/Engineering, CPA certification will be an asset
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions internally and with third parties.
- Experience in leading teams and working with remote teams, preferably in a global environment.

- You will work out of our Global Technology Centre in Toronto, ON.
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs.
- Travel: as required.
