- Conduct outbound calls to prospects within the commercial sector to introduce our clients services and schedule complimentary assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching and converting prospects.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully convert leads into appointments or sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- The discussed salary range is $55,000-$60,000, plus uncapped commission structure.
- On target earnings for this role is $100,000.
