Inside Sales Representative (HVAC)

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects within the commercial sector to introduce our client’s services and schedule complimentary assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching and converting prospects.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully convert leads into appointments or sales.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

• The discussed salary range is $55,000-$60,000, plus uncapped commission structure.
• On target earnings for this role is $100,000.
