This is for a new vacancy.responsibilities:This is an extremely exciting opportunity in Cossette Media’s programmatic media team at Cossette Media. The programmatic team is an integrated, in-house team that works closely with strategy, 360 media planning, creative and analytics teams. The programmatic team’s mandate is to design and activate world class programmatic media strategies with industry leading results to our clients’ businesses. We are product owners and champions. We drive innovation in strategy, testing, measurement and operations.The primary day-to-day responsibilities include:

Creating world class programmatic programs and strategies for top tier clients
DSP experts, developing and monitoring our best practices
Assist in the training and mentoring of programmatic coordinators
Leverage platform expertise to ensure effective delivery
Performance, budget, financial and time management]’
Manage internal cross-team communication around pacing, performance and delivery
Assist in surfacing actionable insights to drive forward programmatic strategies

qualifications:

2+ years of programmatic trading experience
Experience with some amount of demand side platforms (DV360, ADSP, TTD, Yahoo, Quantcast) is required
Experience working within display, OLV, native, and CTV channels.
Advanced understanding of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets etc) or Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Attention to detail will be a critical skill.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills
Ability to represent programmatic team in cross-team collaboration with a team player spirit
Should be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients work and objectives.
