- Accelerate access to technical product information by coordinating with Technical Product Support to obtain documentation such as recycled fiber content, BPA statements, and other compliance or customer-requested letters, reducing delays that can take weeks or months.
- Support resolution of rebating issues and rejections through follow-up, information gathering, and cross-functional coordination.
- Assist with follow-up on quality complaints and OS&D (Overages, Shortages, and Damages) claims in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Locate catalogs, sell sheets, and supporting materials in Highspot and enable teams to mix and match existing PDFs to create tailored, customer-specific documents (e.g., RFPs, municipal or distributor requests).
- Create individual Highspot Digital Rooms outside of formal programs or campaigns to support specific customer or partner needs.
- Support new product listings by gathering and organizing required information to set up SKUs for procurement (non-PDP), including logistics details, UPCs, images, spec sheets, and core product documentation.
- Respond to sustainability attribute requests by merging datasheets and completing structured lookups using information provided by Category and Marketing teams.
- Fulfill ad hoc product ply and material information requests, often delivered in Excel format, to support RFPs, tenders, and customer submissions.
- Prepare and manage reports for specific distribution partners on relevant platforms, including troubleshooting issues related to KCP Advantage Rewards.
- Consolidate, format, and polish presentation slides to ensure materials are clear, accurate, and customer-ready.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred; may be waived for the right candidate.
- Strong Excel skills, with comfort working in structured templates, lookups, and data-driven files.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized, dependable, and execution-focused.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Category, and Support teams.
- Resourceful and proactive; able to navigate a matrixed organization and drive follow-up independently.
