Are you ready to lead a strategic staffing and resource management program that drives operational efficiency and supports organizational growth? BWXT is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, Intech International, this role is pivotal in designing and executing resource plans that align with business objectives. - Planning: Develop long-term staffing plans, liaise with stakeholders, and manage proactive resource alignment to meet project demands.
- Staffing: Transform resource plans into detailed crew schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage deployment schedules effectively.
- Directing: Implement strategic staffing models, delegate tasks, and support succession planning while identifying business growth opportunities.
- Financing: Collaborate with leadership to draft time-based forecasts, analyze contractor utilization, and manage reporting cycles.
- Reporting & Program Development: Generate actionable reports, support contract management, and serve as a customer interface to ensure program efficiency.
- Other Duties: Enhance in-house software applications and contribute to HR, safety, ISO, training, and supply chain activities
- University degree in a technical discipline or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of people management experience in a unionized setting.
- Proven project management experience, preferably in complex or technical environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Practical field experience at a Nuclear Generating Station.
- Certification and experience in Non-Destructive Examination (NDE).
- Familiarity with resource management and time reporting software applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
