
Product Manager (Core Experience)

- Contribute to strategy, vision, prioritization, and execution
- Conceptualize the product roadmap and define feature requirements
- Perform new product validation using both quantitative and qualitative methods
- Deliver high-quality products and drive large-scale projects and teams
- Manage cross-functional resources and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Develop go-to-market strategies to validate product-market fit
- Evaluate the activation process and recommend improvements
- Identify and emphasize the “Aha! Moment” to help users realize value quickly
- Monitor new user behaviour and detect shifts or drop-offs
- Evaluate performance of retention drivers and identify new ones
- Map key user flows, analyze bottlenecks, and suggest optimizations
- Design and execute A/B tests to improve engagement and retention
- Conduct research on market dynamics, competition, business models, and go-to-market strategies
- Draw actionable insights from research to influence product direction
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Proven ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data for quick, data-driven decisions
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and statistical methods
- Experience with user research and converting insights into product decisions
- 2–5 years of experience in product management, management consulting, investment banking, or a related field
- Passionate about optimizing key business metrics and product performance
