- Issue PO requests for Prototype Shop parts, services and outside contractors
- Order of parts for all Prototype Shop Engineering projects
- Obtains quotations from vendors for prototype parts to ensure favourable quality, price and delivery terms
- Assist with scheduling contractors for shop maintenance
- Responsible for shipping/receiving and the coordination of parts material deliveries
- Other administrative duties as required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience related to the essential functions
- Must have demonstrated experience with MRP Systems (Oracle)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high demanding fast paced work environment
- Experience with Share Point Proto Shop Work Request is considered an asset
