- Oversee project delivery to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to Remedy’s quality standards.
- Offer technical guidance to project teams — stepping in to troubleshoot or provide clarity as needed.
- Proactively identify and address project challenges, helping teams navigate obstacles while maintaining high standards.
- Lead or support the development of internal standards, templates, and quality assurance practices.
- Be a visible, approachable leader to junior and intermediate staff — someone they turn to for support.
- Model and reinforce Remedy’s values through your actions and decision-making.
- Mentor team members to grow their confidence, technical abilities, and professionalism.
- Step in to mediate or resolve team dynamics when necessary.
- Support resourcing and team planning by helping match the right people to the right projects.
- Review and approve staff timesheets and ensure operational processes are followed.
- Participate in setting and upholding Remedy’s policies, procedures, and internal systems.
- Be part of internal conversations that shape how we work.
- Bring forward suggestions for how we can evolve, improve, or work more effectively.
- Represent Remedy at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Develop proposals, contribute to thought leadership, and build relationships in the community.
