If you’re energized by solving big challenges, influencing key decisions, and working in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment—this is the role for you!What you will be doing:Analytical Expertise:Proficient in SQL for data queryingIdentify business questions and develop analytical approaches to address themTranslate complex data insights into clear, actionable summaries for stakeholders and executivesDistill large datasets into concise, meaningful takeawaysSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) for database updatesAssist data teams in root cause analysis (RCA) for issues and bugsCampaign Activation and Enablement:Assess data requirements for 1:1 marketing campaigns and ensure data readiness for smooth execution, including test/control design and success metricsAnalyze audience segmentation opportunities to enhance fan engagementPerformance Monitoring and Optimization:Track the effectiveness of go-to-market (GTM) strategies using KPIs and attribution modelsEvaluate progress toward fanbase growth objectivesDeliver regular performance reports to senior leadershipParticipate in strategic discussions and provide insights to stakeholders, including VP-level executivesCross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with marketing, international, legal, and other teams to align on strategy and executionPromote a collaborative culture that values knowledge sharing and innovationWork with data engineering to define business requirementsCoordinate with third-party vendors on data definitions and needsGTM Strategy Support:Collaborate with regional teams to develop analytics and segmentation plans tailored to local GTM strategiesEstablish clear goals, KPIs, and success metricsDesign audience segments and marketing initiatives that reflect regional preferencesWhat you must have:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Economics, Analytics, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience with SQL, Python, or similar coding languagesAt least 5 years of experience managing stakeholder relationshipsStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsNice to have:Familiarity with consent management and identity resolutionDeep interest in sports and awareness of global fan culturesBackground in marketing or GTM analyticsFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
