- Prepare work order packs for technicians
- Schedule appointments
- Collect payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Excellent organizational skills
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in customer service
- Comfort using social media platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- Solid work ethic, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn internal company systems & programs
- Ability to stay on task in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and concise communicator with attention to detail
- Able to prioritize tasks and take initiative
- Team player who can also work independently when required
- Empathy and adaptability when working with customers and coworkers
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
