Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking a Renovation Sales Specialist. Our client, located in Red Deer, is growing and looking for a long-term employee.DescriptionResponsibilities:

Generating new leads and building relationships for repeat and referral business
Selling residential renovations
Scheduling appointments, visiting sites and conducting presentations
Providing outstanding client service
Working with other team members to ensure quality of projects

If you have a solid background in residential construction, and would like to move to a Sales role, this could be the ideal position for you! With a strong commission structure, there is no limit to earning potential for a motivated residential construction specialist. Base salary – $50k – $80k based on experience. With additional commissions, the average annual income can range from $60k – $130k or more. Full benefits are also provided.Required SkillsTo be considered for this role, you will have:

A minimum 3-5 years’ related experience
Proven success in sales and/or owning a business
A background in residential construction including a full understanding of how homes are built
The ability to determine renovation requirements including load baring walls, interpreting blueprints, etc.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computer software
The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
