Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant (Spanish/English) – HybridOur client is seeking a Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to join their growing mortgage team. This is a hybrid role with flexibility in scheduling, where you’ll provide critical support in loan processing, client communications, and file management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact loan volume and client satisfaction while working closely with company leadership.ResponsibilitiesSupport in the collection and preparation of documentation for loan file submission to processingEstablish, maintain, and update files, databases, and records accuratelyTrack key dates and deadlines related to loan transactions and take appropriate actions to ensure timelines are metMaintain knowledge of company-approved loan programs, systems, and updates through regular trainingProvide superior client service through clear, professional communication with borrowers and internal teamsAssist in representing the company at events or functions as neededQualificationsMinimum 2 years of mortgage lending or loan officer assistant experienceBilingual (Spanish/English) requiredKnowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae guidelines preferredLicensed Loan Originator preferredStrong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office programs and AdobeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSchedule/LocationHybrid role based in Pennsylvania (with offices in Bryn Mawr and Reading)Monday–Friday, with mixed schedule options:Early shift (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) three days a weekLate shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) two days a weekAttendance at work functions/events may be requiredCompensationBase salary: $40,000 – $48,000 depending on experienceBonus opportunities available per file or based on production volumeBenefits may be consideredPlease note that National Mortgage Staffing does not determine the salary, requirements, or qualifications for this role.
