Working within an integrated team, you’ll apply strategic thinking alongside PwC’s global approaches and advanced tools to deliver impactful solutions that rethink operating models, optimize HR functions, and enable sustainable workforce and culture transformations.This internship provides a unique launchpad to build your consulting skills, work alongside seasoned professionals, and see the real impact of your contributions. You’ll engage with firm leaders, participate in client sessions, and be part of a vibrant, inclusive culture fueled by collaboration and curiosity.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support client teams through all project phases—from strategy to implementationConduct market research, analyze data, and identify insights to inform client recommendationsHelp create project deliverables, client presentations, and proposal materialsBuild your and your team’s technical expertise across local, national, and global networksParticipate in professional development, networking events, and community initiativesStay current on industry trends to contribute to thought leadership and strengthen your PwC brandWhat you’ll bring to this role:Enrolled in second or third year of post-secondary programs in Business, Commerce, Analytics, Human Resources, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.Strong curiosity, self-motivation, and passion for client-focused innovation and continuous learningFlexibility and resilience to navigate ambiguity and change in dynamic client environmentsExcellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiencesProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with presentation design and facilitationFamiliarity or keen interest in design thinking, talent management, change management, HR or workforceKnowledge or experience with technology, AI, digital analytics tools, cloud-based technology implementations, and HR or enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Microsoft)Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical mindsetWe'd love it even more if you’re bilingual in English and French, however this isn't a requirement.Apply before our applications close on September 28th, 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT.
