It brings structure, clarity, and calm to fast-moving workstreams while enabling cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively. The Pitch Manager guides timelines, communications, and workflows to ensure every pitch runs smoothly from start to finish.What You'll Do:

Coordinate end-to-end pitch activities in partnership with Growth Leads and cross-functional teams
Build and manage timelines with clear milestones, adjusting proactively as plans evolve
Organize key meetings and ensure participants are prepared with the right context and materials
Support alignment on roles, deliverables, and next steps across creative, strategy, client, and delivery teams
Maintain accurate trackers and systems, including Salesforce, to support reliable submissions and reporting

QualificationsRequired:

3-5 years of project management, pitch coordination, or operations experience
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Clear, concise, and proactive communication skills
Proven ability to stay grounded and solution-oriented under pressure
Comfort navigating ambiguity while keeping teams aligned
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Salesforce
Ability to travel as needed throughout the US and Canada
Valid passport for cross-border travel

Agency or consulting experience
Experience supporting high-stakes or fast-paced workflows
Ability to identify risks and offer practical solutions
Familiarity with collaboration and workflow tooling
Interest in continuous improvement of processes and systems
Comfort integrating AI into day-to-day work
