
Consultant, Human Resources Consulting - Indigenous Services

- Propose, plan and deliver consulting engagements with a focus on organization and people services in the Indigenous, private, public, and not-for-profit sectors
- Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders
- Conduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveys
- Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations
- Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop
- Lead and support client implementation of new processes and tools through training and coaching
- Review, design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondence
- Lead engagement teams, developing effective relationships with clients while coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Support the design and development of high-quality deliverables including proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations and other correspondence
- Participate in business development initiatives
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management, business, organizational development, organizational psychology, behavioural sciences or other related field
- CPHR, Prosci, CMC, PMP or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset
- 3 to 4 years of human capital experience, ideally in a consulting and client-service environment
- Strong coaching and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
