Then, Apply Now!Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Analyst / Delivery Lead – Wealth Transformation Project who will be responsible for gathering business requirements and conducting data mapping of feeds to downstream Finance and Treasury systems. As a Delivery lead, the resource will be responsible for creating a project schedule, estimation and managing the delivery of those integrations.Responsibilities:
  • Perform analysis on the business and technical requirements provided.
  • Facilitate the session(s) to gather all requirements/create the user stories.
  • Document confirmed requirements/work with Product Owner on User Stories.
  • Provide clarifications and support to the project team during the design, development and testing phases.
  • Understands Software Development Life Cycle and can effectively perform BA tasks for each of the project phases.
  • Elicits requirements and analyzes feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve the expected business outcomes.
  • Supports various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with the business requirements.
  • Develops informative, coherent, and usable project documents (project artifacts) for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
  • Applies depth of domain & functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive the expected business value.
  • Breaks down strategic problems and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Become an SME and provide support during various phases of Testing and Post-Production validation.
  • Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
Desired Skill Set:
  • 10+ years of experience as a delivery lead in wealth management or finance systems (e.g. GL conversions)
  • Ability to work with technology stakeholders (Solution Architects, Developers, QA) and business stakeholders
  • Experience with requirements gathering, analysis and data mapping activities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Project for maintaining project schedules. Experience with managing monthly forecasting
  • Experience in leading teams and ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget and of high quality
  • Experience working with QA on root cause analysis, triaging and creating testing metrics.
  • Experience working on large transformation programs and conversion projects
  • Strong SDLC experience in waterfall and agile methodologies
