- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence (email, mail), and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate databases.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation as required.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
