- Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare accounting memos and provide guidance on transaction treatment under US GAAP.
- Analyze financial results against budget and partner with teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with external financial reporting, consolidations, audit coordination, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare financial analysis, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
- Support sales tax and income tax compliance, filings, audits, and liaise with external advisors.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, providing analysis and insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support cross-functional projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.
- CPA certification required, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
- Hands-on experience with sales tax filings, income tax compliance support, and tax audits is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, advanced.

- Solid knowledge of US GAAP, preferred and/or IFRS.
- Good knowledge of sales tax and income tax regulations
- Bilingual (French and English); spoken and written
