- Act as a senior technical contributor within MDM/TMS Scrum teams, providing hands-on development and guidance
- Support Azure cloud migrations (application/integration migration, environment design, stabilization)
- Modernize MuleSoft integrations into Spring Boot microservices (design, build, deploy)
- Provide technical support for Markit EDM upgrades (impact analysis, remediation, vendor coordination, testing/release)
- Contribute to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, deployment automation)
- Ensure appropriate testing strategies (unit, integration, system) are in place
- Support production environments (troubleshooting, performance tuning, root-cause analysis)
- Maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and operational runbooks
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise environments
- 5+ years of experience with Markit EDM (COTS), including upgrades and complex data/integration scenarios
- 5+ years of experience supporting Azure cloud migrations for enterprise applications and integrations
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot (microservices architecture)
- Proven experience modernizing/migrating integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft to custom services)
- Experience with enterprise messaging platforms (IBM MQ, Red Hat AMQ, or similar)
- Experience with DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments)
- Strong SQL and database performance optimization skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of financial markets, securities, and reference data
- Experience with .NET and IIS in mixed-technology environments
- Experience with enterprise job scheduling tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to support complex initiatives
