- Embed sustainability and net zero carbon goals within project delivery and decision-making.
- Degree in quantity surveying or cost management, with professional membership or equivalent.
- Proven commercial management expertise and financial acumen.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability, value engineering, and construction methodologies.
