The role focuses on project delivery, financial management, infrastructure coordination, vendor management, and operational stability.The ideal candidate should be strong in execution, stakeholder management, and handling both planned and reactive project work.Key Responsibilities1. Project Delivery & Financial Management
- Define project goals, success criteria, timelines, budgets, and risks
- Plan and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams
- Create, track, and manage project budgets
- Identify and resolve budget variances proactively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Gather and understand business requirements
- Deliver tailored technology solutions aligned with operational needs
- Provide expert guidance and drive cross-team collaboration
- Manage procurement, delivery, and installation of hardware and network equipment
- Coordinate infrastructure deployment with internal technology teams
- Review and update technical drawings with engineering teams
- Lead daily technology stand-ups
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services/equipment
- Provide regular updates via meetings, reports, and issue tracking
- Maintain detailed project documentation
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee installation validation and system connectivity checks
- Ensure proper project documentation and financial closure
- Ensure smooth handover to operations teams
- 8–10 years of experience in IT / infrastructure project management
- Strong experience in project planning, budgeting, and execution
- Ability to manage both planned initiatives and reactive issues
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong focus on operational stability and execution

- Experience in maintenance programs / lifecycle management
