TICKETING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

- Support the implementation and maintenance of ticketing operations for all Canadian Opera Company/Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts events, including performances, dress rehearsals, working rehearsals, education and showcase events, and other department-specific offerings.
- Assist with the setup, auditing, and updating of event builds, price charts, and holds within Tessitura.
- Assistance with and supporting online purchase path (TNEW) for subscription and single-ticket sales, including free and RSVP events.
- Coordinate back-end processing in Tessitura to ensure clean transactions and reporting.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Marketing and Earned Revenue, Community Partnerships and Programs, and Patron Services to ensure ticketing needs are met in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Provide logistical support to Box Office Supervisors and Ticket Services Representatives, stepping in to assist with day-to-day operational needs.
- Contribute to documentation of departmental processes and workflows, identifying areas for operational clarity and improvement.
- Support accessibility initiatives and ticketing compliance needs, including accessible seating and AODA requirements.
- Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and system maintenance as needed.
- Participate in onsite ticketing duties during performance times and special events, including preparing will call, confirming event readiness, and troubleshooting patron or system issues as required.
