In this unique and exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on bridging the digital divide through non-traditional recruitment initiatives. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of program leads who are dedicated to bringing innovative and diverse talent to our organization. You will collaborate with employee resource groups, the Equinix foundation, our business leaders, and internal and external partners to support the communities we live in and attract non-traditional candidates through new talent pathways to Equinix.Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring its successful execution. By leveraging your expertise and passion for non-traditional recruitment, you will create life-changing opportunities for individuals while making a meaningful impact on the digital divide. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire a team of program leads, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve recruitment goals and drive non-traditional talent acquisition initiativesCollaborate with employee resource groups, the Equinix foundation, business leaders, and internal and external partners to develop and implement innovative strategies for attracting diverse talentIdentify and establish new talent pathways to Equinix, focusing on non-traditional recruitment methods to bridge the digital divideShape and execute our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and valuesUtilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and outcomesBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and community organizations to support talent acquisition efforts and enhance our impact on the digital divideStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly in relation to non-traditional recruitment initiativesFoster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the talent acquisition team and across the organizationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Master’s preferredProven experience in talent acquisition programs, with a focus on non-traditional sourcing and recruitment program strategiesStrong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and drive changeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and valuesProficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure recruitment successKnowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly in relation to non-traditional recruitment initiativesExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesPassion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact on the digital divideIf you are an experienced and passionate talent acquisition professional with a drive to make a difference through non-traditional recruitment initiatives, we would love to hear from you. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
