- Perform daily prospecting and generate leads for new subprime business through walk-in, telephone, internet, and referral leads.
- Process Subprime and Prime to Subprime deals which may include the following:
- Submit deals for finance approval.
- Structuring deals to meet the needs of the customer.
- Rehash deals with lenders. Work all deals diligently.
- Vehicle delivery including:
- Timely deal funding
- Submitting proper POs for delivery cleans, protection packages, accessories, etc.
- Meet client's needs on credit insurance and service contracts.
- Ability to close on target requirements.
- Product selling
- Collection of all fees/payments
- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.
- Analyzing competitors and market trends
- Promote business on social media - must have large social media presence.
- Generate own leads - this may or may not involve a start to finish process of showing the customer the vehicle, selling the vehicle, and then providing the financing for client.
- Subprime finance experience - minimum 1-year experience
- CDK experience an asset but not necessary.
- Strong sales skills with proven track record
- Ability to negotiate with lenders
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere
- Managerial, organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
