Grow with us, H2O+U.Your OpportunityWe are seeking a professional and dynamic Process/Municipal Engineer to join our Water group in Winnipeg, MBYour Key ResponsibilitiesDesign of water and wastewater treatment facilities, water distribution and wastewater collection infrastructure, site plansPreparation of engineering reports and contract specificationsQuantity and cost estimationCoordinating with Project Managers, technical design staff, CAD staff and othersProviding on-site inspection services for the construction of new water and wastewater treatment facilities, wastewater pump stations, water, and wastewater linear infrastructureReview of shop drawings for compliance with construction contract documentsContract Administration duties including: issuance of field instructions, change orders, payment certificates and other construction administrative documentationYour Capabilities and CredentialsA minimum of 5 years of related work experienceBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University and either a registered P. Eng. or the ability to become registered as a P.Eng. or EITExperience providing design services and construction administration services on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projectsDemonstrated skill with MS OfficeStrong verbal and written English communication skills are required as is an ability to work independently within the bounds of direction provided by the project managerAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projectsA valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required for this positionTravel may be requiredQuick and adaptive learner in a team environmentExperience in water and wastewater treatment, linear civil/municipal design including water and wastewater infrastructure design, lagoons, roadway infrastructure designExperience in linear civil/municipal construction management and contract administration on treatment facility and/or linear infrastructure projectsExperience with First Nation and Municipal clientsEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field & Licensed Professional Engineer.   • Locations Outside of Lower Mainland - BC - Min Salary $ 86,600.00 - Max Salary $ 125,600.00

Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
