You’ll operate with a multi-year horizon, shaping how our clients interact with us, while balancing client experience, business value, risk, and technology health.Join one of the region’s top employers and be part of something that truly makes a difference.Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.What you’ll do:
  • Partner closely with senior business and technology leaders
  • Lead journey definition, experience measurement, and continuous improvement
  • Lead change management and adoption of digital capabilities, partnering with Business and Operations leaders to embed solutions into the target-state operating model
  • Translate complex needs into clear priorities and executable roadmaps
  • Use data, experimentation, and client insight to drive decisions
  • Design platforms and journeys with real people in mind — including clients, advisors, and colleagues.
  • Take accountability seriously and focus on achieving meaningful outcomes, not just delivering outputs.
  • Balance experience, risk, and sustainability, recognizing that trust is built over time.
  • Navigate complex challenges and work toward achieving balanced, positive outcomes for both clients and the organization.
  • Shape vision, drive delivery, and support adoption to ensure solutions succeed in the real world.
  • Question legacy assumptions and identify better, more effective ways to serve clients.
  • Use data, experimentation, and insight to determine what works — and what doesn’t — and adapt accordingly.
  • Bring clarity and direction to ambiguous situations, turning uncertainty into actionable steps
  • Define and track product and journey KPIs, monitor performance post-launch, and use experimentation (e.g., pilots, A/B testing) to continuously optimize outcomes
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience owning a digital platform or channel (web/mobile)
  • Strong product leadership across strategy, delivery, and optimization
  • University degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Product Owner or Agile certification (e.g., CSPO)
  • Comfort influencing at senior levels in complex organizations
  • Experience with modernization, re-platforming, or enterprise transformation
  • Demonstrated experience defining and owning customer journeys using artifacts such as journey maps, personas, and experience visions, in close partnership with UX and research teams
  • Agile product expertise with a pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset.
