If you have strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to safety, this role is for you.You’ll work directly with customers, managers, and sales engineers to ensure equipment is installed correctly, serviced efficiently, and handled with the highest level of professionalism.🔧 What You’ll Do

Communicate professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick‑ups, and service calls
Deliver, install, and commission rented HVAC equipment
Train customers and authorized operators on safe and proper equipment use
Maintain accurate paperwork, including signatures and serial‑number tracking
Troubleshoot and diagnose operational issues on all rental HVAC units
Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all safety policies
Clean, inspect, and test returned equipment to ensure proper function and appearance
Install flexible gas hoses for propane and natural gas applications
Follow proper safety procedures when checking or connecting gas lines
Collaborate with managers and sales engineers to maintain accurate stock and rental records
Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule (evenings/weekends) for emergency service calls

🎓 RequirementsEducation & Experience

5+ years of HVAC experience
Class A Gasfitter Ticket (Mandatory)
Previous experience in commercial/industrial gas fitting is a must
HVAC Certificate demonstrating formal training and authorization to work on refrigeration systems
Strong mechanical aptitude
Basic math skills

Licenses & Additional Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work after‑hours or weekends during peak demand
Ability to lift, carry, and install equipment as required

💪 Physical Requirements

Regular lifting and moving of HVAC equipment
Ability to work indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and reaching

Base Pay Range 36.61 - 52.62Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
