- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team to hit and exceed membership targets
- Driving new member acquisition through outreach, studio tours, follow-ups, and community engagement
- Collaborating closely with Orangetheory coaches to ensure a seamless, connected experience for every member - from their first Splat Point to their hundredth class
- Handling member concerns, questions, and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to find solutions
- Tracking key metrics, reporting on performance, and continuously finding ways to grow the studio
- Creating an environment where energy is high, competition is friendly, and wins are celebrated - both on and off the treadmill

- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Familiarity with Orangetheory Fitness. Whether as a member, employee, or enthusiast.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - written, verbal, and everything in between
- A passion for health and fitness (you don't just sell the lifestyle, you live it)
- Ability to juggle priorities, stay organized, and keep your team focused and motivated
