Prep/Line Cook

- Prepare, assemble, and execute menu items for dine-in, take-out, banquets, and plated service
- Operate kitchen equipment including grill, flattop, fryers, and pizza ovens
- Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, especially during service
- Follow recipes, prep sheets, kitchen manuals, and established procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen; complete daily cleaning and equipment logs
- Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying product quality and quantities
- Manage inventory through proper stock rotation, storage, and temperature control
- Work safely and efficiently to ensure consistent food quality and cost control
- Communicate professionally with the Food & Beverage team
- Complete opening and closing checklists as required
- Minimum 6 months experience as a line cook (1–2 years preferred)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management skills
- Available to work flexible shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Food Handler Certification required or willingness to obtain (First Aid an asset)
- Bending, lifting, extended periods of standing
- Seasonal position, and dependent on the weather and golf season.
