- Analyzing store performance;
- Reviewing monthly warehouse KPI analysis;
- Reviewing the monthly marketing analysis;
- Manage monthly P&L variance analysis;
- Perform financial and cost analysis in support of financial goals;
- Analyze business cash needs;
- Participate in the audit process;
- Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting;
- Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast;
- Support the Head of Finance with ad hoc requests and be a financial partner for the different departments.
- Bachelor's degree of Commerce (major Accounting);
- Professional Certification (CPA).
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Retail or Consumer goods industry;
- Bilingual (English and French);
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Excel), PowerPoint and other MS Office products;
- Solid presentation, reporting and communication skills;
- Critical thinker;
- Detail oriented.
